Wedding Wednesday 5/5: The stressful rest

Hey guys, omg the wedding is on Friday!
It's super stressful, there's still so much to do. Also, the bride is getting really nervous (although if you ask her, she'll say "NO I'M NOT PANICKING AT ALL, WHY WOULD YOU SAY THAT!?"), so all I'm doing these days is trying to keep the peace while the event's last details are being organized.

Unfortunately, I had absolutely no time today to dress up the way I will on Friday and take pictures for the blog, so I just took a pic of everything you guys still haven't seen yet:

So, finally you get to see the french-braid-twist-hairdo-thing on myself. Also I finally found shoes (for 16 euros xD) that match the outfit PERFECTLY (they also sparkle.).
For jewelry I'm just wearing simple elegant earrings and a necklace with this purple flower pendant that my mum got me like 5 years ago xD
Also, can't have an outfit without a bow! This is the actual fabric my sister used for the sash on her dress - I sewed it into a belt and I'll pin the bow to the back of it.

And this is it for today - sorry for the tiny post but I'm really just too busy.
I promise to post photos of my entire outfit AFTER Friday, also one of the happy bride and groom.

Thanks for reading <3

Wedding Wednesday 4/5: Le hair + laziness

Happy Wednesday everybody!
So for the hairdo that I'm gonna wear at the wedding I first wanted to link to several youtube tutorials and then have another vote, but decided against it because of two reasons:
1) No one bothered to answer to last week's vote (so I just decided on my own)
2) I kind of already knew which one my favorite would be and I'd probably end up chosing that anyways.

So then I thought of doing a step-by-step tutorial of that hairdo, but really there's a tutorial VIDEO on the internet that's really great and I'd honestly just be stealing ideas, which is not cool.

So here is the video explaining how to do what I think is and incredibly cute yet elegant hairdo:
This btw is Kaylie, and I totally recommend her youtube chanel "Let's make it up", she has the best hair tutorials imo (don't get me wrong, I like CGH as well, but I just feel Kaylie's tutorials are more... "my age").

I did slap up my hair into that braid, which really didn't take much longer than 10 minutes, and took some photos too, before I realized that I'm on my boyfriend's PC for this week and I have no way of getting the pics on here just now. Duhr. You'll just have to imagine:
So for my hair I'm gonna leave out my bangs and a few longer strands of hair and just curl those. I tried it out and I was really happy with how it looked (would love to show you - but can't).

Aaaaand well, that's it. Wow. I'm sorry for this very lazy post - let's be honest, even if I could put up photos it would still be pretty lazy - I guess that's just my way of being slightly passive agressive.
Can't be bothered to make a tutorial, because nobody cares anyway.

So I'll be hunting for shoes now an then my outfit will be complete, which I'll be happy to show you next week in the last part of the Wedding Wednesday series!
Thanks a lot for reading (if anyone ever does)

Run Kesha Run

I just had a couple of AWESOME days with Yaya <3
There was shopping and delicious food (CUPCAKES!) and swimming and a lot of League of Legends - so basically tons of great stuff. [pics are sure to come!]

BUT. There was one discovery we made that has changed my life for ever. My mind has been blown and not in a good way.
There was also a lot of K-Pop and during one of those sessions I stumbled over this:

I just.
I can't.
I don't even...

Ok, here's what's so horrible about this: Apparently "Run Devil Run" was a Kesha song  BEFORE it was SNSD's. This is not a bad cover you just listened to. This is the ORIGINAL.
They never released it for Kesha though and then sold it to SMent to use for Girls' Generation but initally it was written for Kesha.
Can we please just talk about how SNSD took it and made it like 5000% better?

Come on. I don't speak any Korean but even I can tell that this version is better.
Also, SNSD are much better singers than Kesha for Christ's sake.

I'm sorry you guys, I know I'm making much too big of a deal out of this, but I just can't get over the fact that what might just be my favorite Girls' Generation song is esentially really a Kesha song.

Does this mean I actually like Kesha's music? I'm so confused.
I will never get over this, someone hold me xD

I guess I just wanted to share my emotional scars with someone, so thanks a lot for reading!
